Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl landline phone dead for long time..no action taken from bsnl

Address:Dakshinayan Housing Complex, Block -E, Flat No -3,1st floor, Tegharia (near loknath mandir), Kolkata, West Bengal, 700059

My landline number is [protected]. Its not working from friday, 24th jan. I contacted customer care number (1500) and lodged a complaint but received no response yet. The landline is still not working. My alternate number: [protected]. Its already 4days over. Neither web portal nor customer care seems working to solve this issue. I want a permanent solution asap
