Hello Madam/Sir,
I'm Sanjeev Kumar Malla, a resident of Cuttack, Odisha 754005. I have BSNL fiber connection. But since last 15+ days my line has been broken and no one is taking my complaints .
When I tried submitting complaint online at BSNL selfcare portal, they are resolving the complaints with proper verification.
Then some how I managed to get the SDO (Mr. P.C. Biswal) and JTO(Mr. Dalai) 's mobile number to inform then regarding the same. But surprisingly they are saying "Look, we don’t have proper equipments to repair your line."
Yes it sounds strange but this was the reply I got. I am paying the bills regularly without missing any and I'm not getting proper service.
