Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl performed force upgrade to my monthly billing plan | |||
I am using BSNL broadband connection since almost a year. Suddenly I received an SMS today stating my monthly plan upgrade is performed. I called up customer care executive and enquired about it, the answer is it's auto upgrade to the plan is applied. Without consulting with customer how the plan can be upgraded and expected customer to pay the increased amount even if he is not looking for. I don't wanted to upgrade my plan, then why forceful plan upgrade is applied. I don't wish to continue with BSNL anymore, please surrender my connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
