I've Recharged for Rs 321/- to my number [protected] from SBI Yono App the amount got debited from my account but number doesn't got recharged while enquiring your customer care i got to know that payment got failed and you asked to contact the bank for refund while i contacted them they told the transaction was successful then i filed complaint in banking ombudsman they have furnished the details as given below that the transaction was successful they forwarded the transaction details also i am attaching the same for your reference so i request you to look into the issue prevailed
