Sir, My bsnl telephone and broadband no is[protected]. This no not working last morethan one month. I have complained to customercare three times. Still no body taking any care of the complained. Everytime they say we have send your complained to mr. V. K rana. He will repair it. But no body call us. Now we need this internet connection very urgently for govt. Councling. Actually bsnl tower in front of my village is not giving 3g range. It is not working from 2 days. I am having lot of problems here. Range from another nearby tower is also not coming.
Its humble request to repair it as early as possible.
