Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Call center people deliberately disconnecting calls and not answering queries

Bsnl has a helpline number [protected]. I called up repeatedly to ask a query about my landline and broadband connection but the same call center agent kept taking the call and kept deliberately disconnecting it before i could even finish asking my question.
This is a deficiency of service. Kindly ensure that bsnl's customer care calls get audited so that any careless employee does not malign the reputation of bsnl.
