Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — caller tune issues and irresponsible customer care replies

For mobile number [protected] i have opted for caller tune. I have selected a tamil song from tamil category and the charges was deducted. But the song setted by them was hindi. I thought there must be some technical issues. So i called customer care. The call was attended by sumithra and she told there must be some charges for changing the song and am ready to pay it. While am asking what's problem why the song was setted wrongly but she replied harshly am only selected the wrong song and point out me for the problem. I have asked her how can i select a hindi song from the tamil menu she continually told me they are correct and am only selected wrong. So i have booked an complaint. Now am not ready to continue with this irresponsible operator. So now i want my deducted charges back. Then complaint number 7i02tn304896 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Mr bsnl number [protected] has been deactivated so please activate the number as i am using this number as offical purpose . So please take an immediate action as i am facing problem

Dear sir i am using bsnl sim in telangana circle no [protected] and intiated port out from bsnl on[protected] till now my number not released, i raised a complaint, no -7h29ap300908 on 27th of this month but till now not released, later i contact bsnl customer care they r giving reply that they dont have details, plz solve my issue asap
