I have been your loyal customer for a couple of decades
I have given an application on 27th feb 2017 to stop the broadband facility for sometime and to change my telephone plan to one india.
I have been told that the staff have been instructed not entertain the customers for stopping broadband connection till the end of march 2017. Hence my application kept pending.
I request you to give necessary instructions to change my tel plan and stop the broadband immediately.
