Sir, my land line number[protected] i am using since last 14years and since february 2017 i find excess billing is going on more than i use so i just want to be sure about this matter as it is giving me extra burden in my monthly budget please do solve it, i think as per the bill you are charging for the broadband too which i don't have or rather i am not using it, or just do guide me in proper way to do solve this problem as soon as possible.
