Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — complaint on bills and broadband not working

This complaint is in reference to our broadband number [[protected]], please not that we have been facing the problem from last 20 days.

The internet stopped working on august 27, 2019. We have lodged a complaint several times but it was told it will get resolved within 24hrs and without any visit they mark it as resolved. Now we have got a bill which should be waived off as we are not using any service since last 20 days.

I would request you to waived off all the charges on the bill. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 20 days.

Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it asap.

Sir I cancel my phone number[protected] on April 2018 but till today I haven't get my phone number deposit refund till today..my refund re no.is RE[protected]..SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT...THANKS
