Dear sir,
Wants a new landline connection at khariya pokhara basharatpur gorakhpur. checked with shahpur exchange regarding the subject but they denied for connection while DP is available near my house. they are saying that DP is not working and it cannot be rectified.
Request you to helps in this regards so that we can use your facility.

Sir, My landline # [protected] last one week not working. I inform by tel: still no respond grom the local exchnge. Please do the needfull for activate my line.

Dear sir,

My tel. No.[protected] After many request and complaints to ur customer care regarding poor service of broadband connection to my place and I took another company service that is ok now. I request u to cancel the broadband connection and inform me about the same.
