Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Connection Transfer Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self mirza ameer pasha, bill for BSNL Telephone No.[protected] (Account No.[protected]).

Sir 15 days back i call them to transfer the connection to new door no.
Yesterday they transfer the connection to new door no, But from yesterday they did not activate from internet connection.

Iam calling many times to the concern person but he is canceling my call from yesterday.

Sir please activate my connection as soon as possible.
