My bsnl landline no is[protected]. I am a bsnl subscriber for more than 20years.
However in recent past especially during the last 2-3 months broadband service has become very poor and inconsistent.
I fail to recount how many times in a day the service is interrupted. Despite several complaints and reminders there has hardly been any improvement.in fact i was thinking of switching over to ofc fibre connection (Bharat fibre) but the svrne is equally bad there also.
I request bsnl authorities to please look into and devise a permanent solution for consistent services. Was this information helpful? |
