[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Continuous billing even after discontinuation of service | |||
Good Evening, I am writing to complain about the continued billing by BSNL even after services were discontinued. My mother had a land line[protected] and internet service from BSNL. Both services were discontinued in August 2022, instruments surrendered to BSNL and acknowledgements were obtained from BSNL. However, BSNL continues to recover monthly charges through ACH from the bank from Aug 2022 till date even though services were discontinued in Aug. 2022. Complaints were made to BSNL by my sister-in-law who visited BSNL office in person but to no avail. BSNL continues to charge for discontinued services every month. To make matters worse, there is no mention of refund of security deposit for the landline which BSNL is holding. Can someone take a look and stop this? Dec 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved This relates to my compliant against BSNL for continued billing for services despite discontinuation of services (landline and internet) at my residence in RK. Puram, Secunderabad. The issue is not resolved and there is no communication from BSNL.
