Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — customer care is not resolving my complaints since 5 days | |||
I had my bsnl broadband complaint lodged about 5-6 times but they are not working on resolving it. The complaint is being postponed day by day. I have waited almost 5 to 6 days but there is no response from their side. Complaint number 20 july 2020- [protected] I am surprised to know without resolving the issues, on 25 july 2020, i recieved a message that the issue is resolved. New complaint was lodged on 26 july 2020- [protected] complaint number. I hope that my problem is resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
