Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — data pack and sms pack showing empty

Sir
I am bsnl maha krishi customer.
I recharged 141 plan
But i did not get 2 gb and 100 sms.
I called customer care 20 times from 5 july to 21 july. They registered my complaint but not resolve. They said my pack is empty but i know that i used only 15 sms and 0 mb data.
Please sir solve my problem and help me.
My latest complaint number is 1g[protected]
