I had paid rs.333/-in june 17 for data package for three months which became due to renewal on 21/8/17 and it was renewed on the same date vide receipt no [protected]dtd 21/8/17 from bsnl. But the data package has not been working and i made 4 calls yesterday and 8 calls today to their online service centre 1503. Three times i was told that the server was down and should call back after two hours and this has been done just a few minutes before this mail is being typed. Actually the call centre people are hiding the fact that bsnl servers are not working and trying to divert the complainants, telling them to check if the roaming option is on, if bsnlnet is selected in the network operators etc., is it service or dodging? They can tell the truth. Leaving that, they are asking about the brand of the mobile and such irrelevant queries. I strongly condemn this rotten treatment to the customers of this service provider. Also i want to register here that though i had a lot o[censored]nused data in my last package, the system stopped working more than a week before it became due for expiry and i have not been compensated by adding that unused bandwidth to my present one which is daylight robbery.
