I rise the number of compliments and requests through out the bsnl customer service support and gone to Bsnl Bhavan but no one is providing the proper service and not responding. From past 3 to 4 months i am rising compliments but no one is resolving the bsnl network issue at Mvr college of engineering and technology and taking with me in rude behaviour. And they are misleading the people with their misleading advertisements such as selling bsnl sims as 4g network and providing 3g services in urban areas and provides 2g services at rural areas, selling the recharge vouchers at the high price range of 5g network by other network providers and providing 2g and 3g services at high prices, and they are telling in the calls as Bsnl Connecting India but they doesn't even connect the two part's in india such as One Vijayawada city and paritala Village which is just far away 30 km then how the bsnl will connect the whole thousands of kms india. Please take the necessary action steps on bsnl and ban them permanently from India it's my humble request to you National Consumer court.
