Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — deduction of money for divya_14 service | |
For the last 3 to 4 weeks a message comes from 57171 every week and they deduct rs 5 for divya _ 14 or sometime kiran _14 service. I talked to the bsnl customer care and they told me that bsnl has nothing to do with this service then i asked who is responsible for activation of these services since i do not have taken or requested these services. But they keep saying bsnl is not responsible. Please let me know what can be done regarding the same Was this information helpful? | |
