Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for the new BSNL connection for my WFH purpose on 24-Nov-2020. I have paid 777rs for the same. All input documents submitted. the new connection receipt also generated by BSNL. But still there is no response for the new connection. As per exchange staff information this is the situation for all new connection customers. and they cannot able to take any action for the same. they said if required you can apprise the same reginal office a they are the decision authority.
Request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve the issue.
