I have been following up with BSNL from 1st of May to generate UPC code.
I get only below auto sms.
Request for UPC for your mobile no.xxxxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
I have called their customer care twice and I get only standard reply server/ technical issue and it will take 2 days.
This I have been hearing from 1st May.
