Connection No [protected]
The connection provider at Ambala did not clarify the shifting charges during installation of a new connection inspite of asking.
Thereafter, demanded ₹1500 for shifting besides ₹300/- which comes in regular bill. This doesn’t seem correct as if the shifting charges are coming in bill, then why additional ₹1500 is necessary.
On being questioned, he surreptitiously cancelled the request for new connection which was not even requested.
On further questioning, the service provider is intentionally delaying shifting. The documents for shifting were submitted on 29 Aug 20. The connection has not restarted even after lapse of 5 days. The children are missing out on their online education besides other daily needs.
