I have applied for disconnection of my BSNL landline with broadband on 24/02/2018 but till today it has not been done.I shall therefore be glad if you please take necessary steps to disconnect my Telephone Line No.[protected] with immediate effect as I am not in a position to bear the expenditure due to financial constraints. In this connection I would like to inform that I have already submitted surrender applicaion along with payment receipt of the current bill to the appropriate authorities viz.
