I paid the bill amount Rs.481/- period from 01 Aug 2022 to 31 Aug 22 on 03 Oct 2022. Txn ID is. NX22100315494212971850881. But the same amount(Rs. 481/-) again included in the next bill period from 01 Sep 22 to 30 Sep 2022. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 20, 2022 Updated by JODU OBAIAH Sir, I had lodged a complaint against the same issue on BSNL Payment portal Dcoket No. DOCK[protected] on 12 Oct 2022. But still the complaint status is pending. I spoke with customer care too, but they are fail to solve my complaint and they were hold my call for a long time and disconnected the call with out any intimation for two times.
