I made a recharge of Rs.197/- on BSNL website for my mobile number [protected] on 26/06/2021.After making the payment through credit card, the website showed Error 500 and did not display any transaction ID.
An SMS from the credit card company confirmed that payment has approved
to BSNL.
I immediately sent an email to BSNL with a copy of the email to the credit card company. I didn't get any reply from BSNL, but the credit card company informed me that BSNL had submitted a request for release of rupees 197/-, on 28/06/21.
BSNL is neither responding not refunding my money even after four days. Please help me get a refund. Was this information helpful? |
