Hello!, I had opted to recharge my cellular account with Rs. 98 which included Data and Voice calls, the amount has been withdrawn from my bank account, but the service has not been reflected on my cellular account, in other words, I have not been subscribed to the service!.
The Transaction status is showing "Failed", no amount has been refunded to my bank account yet. I have already sent an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in with no response yet. The transaction ID is PGSM[protected] dated 28/12/2020. Kindly do the needful.
