I recharged my bsnl number [protected] with data pack 1099 on 12/11/2017. On website bsnl has mentioned that it is unlimited 3g without speed restrictions. But after using around 10gb data, my speed dropped to 10kb/s. If there is fup then why is bsnl fooling customers. And same problem many other customers are experiencing. It is not only me. I need my money back or give me unlimited 3g without speed restrictions as promised. Also i have restarted my phone, changed my sim to other device. But still 10kb/s. Worst company. Fooling customers in name o[censored]nlimited 3g. Resolve this issue asap.
