Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Fiber net connection speed very slow

The Speed of BSNL Premium Fibre connection I have not meeting the speed I am intended to get ( 200 Mbps), I am just getting around 30, refer attachment.

Repeated complaints to the concerned landed in Deaf ears.

BSNL Staff (Mr.Sathya, DE; [protected]) behaves rudely with me, as if he is providing the service free. And I have called at-least 5 times in the past 10 days but no use.

Kindly intervene and resolve.

I am been charged high for not the benefits I am getting
