This is to the concerned person. Even i[censored] r not, read the following.
Just read a message in bsnl webpage, "most customers will not complaint, they just walk away". I woud say very nice, it is not worth also to waste time.
My concern is as follows:
Who will be responsible for all the frauds and cheats going on with customers in bsnl?
I did a recharge on my no. (Assam) for rs 379/- on 22nd nov 2017 after receiving a message in my no regarding this special offer. But it didn't give me any benefit of talk time, nor any data. When i confirmed with a customer care executive, he informed that there was no such recharge done for this amount at this number.
On 29 nov, when i have talked again to a bsnl customer executive
Just to recheck if any such plan is running in my no., he informed that i have used all d talk time in net surfing?
Why they are giving wrong info everytime?
When there was no net in my mobile nor any talk time available even to talk to bsnl customer care (To talk to them also, i had to recharge repeatedly) how can i use that amount? Who is answerable for faulty recording of such things, and because of that why customers have to suffer?
Bsnl customer care executive directly refused to give me any email to lodge complaint nor he complied with taking any complaint citing reasons o[censored]navailability of senior executives, whereas he admitted that they rather are responsible for taking complaints.
Who should we approach in these cases? And i must admit that bsnl customer care executives are professionally very unfit to talk to customers.
Now i am saying goodbye to bsnl, soon i am going to burn this card, first and last bad experience. I used it after a long time and almost for the first time for net, now it has left me with a bitter experience. U soon die bsnl. Goodbye.
