Respected madam/sir,
In this covid-19 situation many have to work from home but it is unfortunate on my part that my internet service provider is the worst of all. There is frequent breakdown of its service for long hours and it resumes itself but for temporary basis and again the same problem arises. I have reported the issue to the local bsnl office (Rupnarayanpur telephone exchange) they attend the issue but after few days the same problem arises i am helpless. Since there is no other reliable service provider in my area right now i am bound to use it. The landline is registered in my mother's name. Details as under:
