I have paid 2450 Rs as advance on 23rd Jan for 1199 plan of BSNL ftth connection. The phone no. Got activated on 29th Jan but they did not gave me connection at home till now.8th Feb. I have even received a bill of 1313 Rs dated feb 1 without actually using the facility. No one is listening for this. And continuously delaying the process of connecting ftth.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My phone number is[protected] and it is not working from last 10 days. I already complained about in the local telephone exchange but my problem still not solved. I spoke with lineman, SDO Bsnl everytime they said "we are working on it" but there is no solution. Please look into this.
