I have been a customer of BSNL for more than 10 years from 2004 onwards and in March 2016 without my knowledge my account was closed
In March 2015 when I asked my phone to be shifted to another location I was told that it was not feasible to shift it as there are no provision to provide additional phones in that location. As my application was in pending status and I was told that once there would be at least 1 phone feasibility, I would be given the connection but after closing my account in March 2016, in my same apt. complex there were 19 new connections given.
When I approached the AGM Mr. Jayaram from Secunderabad division he not only harassed me by even threatening me stating that I can even take any extreme step and go and report this with the Chairman of BSNL or to PM's office but no action would be initiated for not providing the reason why my application was closed and others were given new connection who applied only in March 2016.
Even though I raised this complaint at the Chairman's office there is no proper response so far even after 1 year and I feel and think that Mr. Jayaram is being INTENTIONALLY SUPPORTED BY BSNL SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
That said, I wish to state that I WOULD TAKE THE EXTREME STEP AND WRITE A NOTE AND PUBLISH IT ON FACEBOOK, TWEETER, send it to PM's office etc. stating that BSNL senior management and Mr. Jayaram are responsible for MY DEATH. Was this information helpful? |
