Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Harassment by unknown subscriber

This person is unknown to us and has been repeatedly calling my daughters mobile number and harassing. We have been politely suggested him that he is calling a wrong number. Since his intention is to call again and again and plong with the conversation we blocked his number but we can notice at least 20 calls everyday. His number is : [protected]. Please look into this and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
