Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — hbl make battery cell faulty

Vrla battery bank installed in mau district up bsnl site of hbl make & 600ah capacity in may 2019.
In battery bank 02 battery cells are faulty due to which battery backup is very poor,
Kindly arrange to replace faulty battery cell on priority basis please.
