Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — I am complaining about undue delay in refunding Land line deposit since September 20019.

My Land Line No.[protected] was dis-connected in September 2019.
I did submit ID Proof, Aadhar copy, copy of bank pass book and a cancelled cheque leaf at Kannur. Several phone calls were made to know the status of refund. Often no body pick-up phone. Two weks ao I wrote to Accounts Officer Telephone Bhavan, Kannur. That too has not yet been replied. I am nearing 80 years of age and have got some constraints during this pandemic period to travel by bus.
