Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — I am not getting upc number

My mobile no [protected] and [protected] both are bsnl but in my home bsnl have zero network so i asked them for port number upc code but its been 23 days and they are repeating the same after 24 hours your problem wiil be solved for the past 23 days please help me i have to go out 5, 6 kilometres for a transaction
this company ruined my bussiness
please do some rapid action many people is facing the same problem
