Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — i have already recharge rs 33 for validity of 90 days through amazon. but after that when i call 1503 they said that your validity is expired.

I have already recharge rs 33 for special validity of 90 days but yet not show in my account of mob. No.[protected]. Bsnl is fraud with me. On 22.11.19 i have debited my account with rs33 for validity. But when i called 1503 they did not receive the call and told that your validity is expired and you have to recharge. Bsnl is a national company and didn't expect from them. So please do the needful as quickly as possible
