Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — I want to cancel my bsnl connection

My land line number [protected]. It has not been working properly since 6 months. Number of times i gave complaints to local office, je, & ae, but they did not respond in time. I paid 6 months bill without using my bsnl connection.

I am not ready to pay bsnl bill without using my connection. So i request you, please disconnect my bsnl connection from today on wards[protected].
