Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — incoming calls and messages are not coming

My mobile no. [protected] is not receiving any incoming calls and messages from last 15 days. I tried calling customer care no. For almost 50 times aal they said was wait for 24 hours. Still facing the same issue please resolve as soon as possible.
I am done with bsnl worst services and worst customer support please resolve so that i can port my sim to any other carrier.

We was user of BSNL LL No[protected] and was disconnected on 28 May 2019 vide docket no- 961. But tele bill msg is also receiving contineous. Pl update your records and refund our security deposit
