Hi, my name is omar farooq. I am from srinagar and my bsnl cell number is [protected]. I have contacted customer care service and visited bsnl office almost a dozen of times but they couldn't resolve my issue. I was instructed to recharge few times which i did and still incoming on my cell number is barred. None of your employees seems to have any idea about resolving my issue. I am a loyal customer of bsnl and have a bsnl land line connection in my name .
but since 4-5 days from 15-4-18 my land line is not working and it is dead and i have already registered my complaint with bsnl department via telephone.

kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible

As have complained many more times to our exchange.reg. land line Not Working And Brad band As Not Working Properly, but no respond . pls consider and take action immediately.
