My land phone no: [protected] along with BB connection under Anchal telephone exchange became out of order from 19.8.2018 to 13.11.2018. within the period I had remitted the bills up to 30.9.2018. I had noticed the facts to the AO Kollam. They had directed me that a request for the same may be send through the SDE Anchal and hence I had submitted a request on 20.12.2018 in which I had stated to exempt the rent for the not working period and adjusting the remitted amount in future bills . There after the phone became out of order from 17.12.2018 to 27.12.2018 and 1.1.2019 to 7.1.2019. But no action is taken by them and hence I had not remitted the remaining bills. Therefore the out going service and BB were withdrawn on the middle of January 2019.
I had given a request on 4.2.2019 to the SDE Anchal for disconnecting the telephone.He had handed over the same to the JTO and directed to disconnect the service. As per the direction of the JTO the copies of bank passbook and Aadar were submitted on 4.2.2019. The land phone was handed over on 5.2.2019. Due to non disconnection I met the JTO on 13.2.2019 and remaindered. She said that my request is not in her custody. After searching on her table and trace out the same and passed the customer care wing. They had collect my cellphone no: and said that the DE will call me.
