Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — landline and internet connection is not working.

Sir,
This is to inform you that the our internet and telephone connection was not working for nine days. Our telephone no is[protected]. I had complained in customer care on 02.9.2019 my complained no is [protected]. But till date the complained was not solved by them. They were not respond the complained. So many times we had complained but no response we found.

So, i requested to you that look into the matter solve the problem as soon as possible.
