Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — landline bill payment failure

I've paid my landline bill (September 2017) online through bsnl portal. First time it showed page unavailable after the transaction and when i checked the bill is still unpaid. So i did it for another time. Now ₹1220 has been debited from my account but the bill payment status shows 'pending'. Please do something immediately.
