Dear Sir,
My BSNL landline connection[protected] was lying dead for last 20 days. The complaint lodged through 198 was removed by your office on regular basis without any rectification to show disposal of the complain within three days. Today, the connection has been restored, but it is wrongly connected to some other line.
It is requested to kindly investigate the matter to find out the reason for this type of harassment by your officials. How billing will be done during this period of wrong connection? If this fault will not be rectified within one/two days, then no other option will be left other than lodging the grievance on CPGRAMS.
