Complaint was lodged with bsnl vide docket no. [protected] on 16.03.2020.
Received an sms from bsnl on 04.05.2020, telling the complaint is resolved even though the line is dead.
Complaint registered with bsnl grievance vide docket no. Kol/co/2020/3454 on 04.05.2020.
