Dear sir,

My landline phone no[protected] is dead from last 1 year. Many times i have registered complaints but no one is hearing me. I have faced lots of problem but still i am facing because of it. Then also i am paying my bills every month. Now i want bsnl to refund all the payments made by me or make my landline bills waiver for next 1 year.
