Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — landline is dead since year and bill is raised

I am complaining since year for my landline which dead but no one attends the complaints
And i am paying bill every month

Dear BSNL
My phone still don’t work and I have submitted new complaint I keep on receiving bill for every month but service is dead

Kindly fix the line or disconnect the line permanently
