I am having a landline connection with braodband facility. Since last 3 months I am recieving inflated bill to the tune of Rs. 500 (approx.) for subsciption of Hungama music, games etc. though I had not subscribed for. Last month I had talked to customer care and on his instructions I had unsbscibed the features for which I was being billed. But it is surprising to see that this month's bill also comprises an amount for those services.
It is requested that a fresh bill may be raised for this month after removing the inflated amount & then only i would pay the bill or BSNL may remove the connection as I would not pay the bill.

My bsnl broadband package is of 900 rs but they charge me 2100 this month.
every month the amount of bill rising so please consider my request and deactivate that package..
