Sir, my bsnl landline phone no. [protected] of thoubal telephone exchange not working during night since long period. Complaint lodged with thoubal telephone exchange. No action taken till now. Kindly take necessary action in view of inconvenience caused to the subscriber. During daytime also phone not properly working. Matter already informed to concerned official several times.

My land line phone no.[protected] not working since a long period, complaint already lodged.No action taken till now.Kindly initiate necessary action to compensate telephone bill for period not in service for long period.
