Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Landline Services have not been activated after payment of bills

My grandparents landservices stopped all of a sudden and we paid the bill and its been 5 days and the connection is not till active...very bad customer service...we have to pay the bill and remain idle with no services...very very very bad BSNL...we expected more from u...this is too much...since they are aged they cant even inform us in an emergency
